It is OK to just go for regular strolls/ walks with your baby, which are great for Bub as well as for your health and weight loss. Just a half hour walk, that is a little brisk, will make a massive difference, if done three or four times a week.

 

In addition, the requirement is to make sure that you are eating as well as you can, and no more have you the excuse for eating for two. Seriously, it is important to eat as healthy as you can, in the form of fresh vegies, nuts, yoghurts and so on. A Good piece of meat is great too, but you need to make sure that you are eating energy rich food with lower calories and are balancing your needs to remain active, energetic, whilst limiting the sugary, rubbish types.
